GENERAL INFORMATION • Where can we find your fabrics ? Gegia Bronzini's production is available from the most prestigious shops of interior decoration in Italy and from our showroom in Carimate. • May I buy via fax ? All our finished items such as bathtowels, tablecloths, bedspreads, ties, gifts and fancy goods can be purchased by fax, phone or e-mail. Time of delivery, means of delivery and payment conditions will be detailed by mail. • Do the colours of your fabrics correspond with the ones shown on your site ? Colour display on electronic devices such as video or printers is affected by several technical and perception factors, including scanning procedures, kind and status of your monitor and printer, light, temperature and others. We have tried our best to offer on our site pictures as near as possible to the actual items, just to give you a realistic example of our collection. However, the colour display can only be appreciated by a sample of fabric. Please remember that there may be a slight difference in colour also between sample and actual fabric, arising from the yarn's dyeing process. For any further information, and in case of special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. • We would like to have an estimate of the total cost for the fabric needed for the windows of our living room. Which measurements are required ? Basic information might change depending on the type of fitting. We can supply custom-made curtains: please ask for details. • How are your fabrics cleaned ? Information regarding care of fabrics is given with every delivery. In summary: ­ Upholstery fabrics: dry-clean only ­ Curtain fabrics: handwash 40º C ­ Table linen: hand or machine wash 40/60º C; bleaching allowed; no high speed spinning Ties, gifts and fancy goods: dry-clean only. • Do your fabrics shrink when washed ? The fabrics are woven with natural fibres and may shrink 2-5% in the first wash. Instructions are included with each completed order. • Do the colours fade ? The threads used are colourfast and light resistant following the normal standards. • I have a large table. Can you make a tablecloth to size ? Yes, we can. • I want to have something special for my house: could you help me co-ordinate new fabrics with the existing ones ? We will be pleased to offer our expertise. ARCHITECTS AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS • How can I receive samples ? Please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. We can provide you with swatches from our collection. • I'm working on a project: could you make fabrics to my requirements ? We will submit special samples upon approval of the estimate. UPHOLSTERERS • How can I purchase samples ? Our representative in your area will be pleased to submit our range of samples to you. Please contact us for details. • Are there particular instructions for the making up of your materials ? Our fabrics for curtains can be sewn with a normal sewing machine. However please make sure that the hanging is level. Concerning upholstery fabrics, we always provide our customers with a sample for sewing.
